Ashok Kumar Parthasarathy

Ashok brings with him rich practical experience and in depth knowledge of over three decades in Procurement and Supply chain functions by serving various sectors of Industries Viz.,Manufacturing Engineering, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Automobile, and Information Technology in MNC companies in India and Abroad.
With his huge experience in Supply chain and Procurement, Ashok during the past five years has been acting as Faculty in various institutions to support the next generation in equipping them with Knowledge, Skills , Techniques and Processes in the area of Procurment and Supply Chain. Ashok’s teaching expertise knowledge has helped many individuals and organisations to adopt various costs and time saving techniques in product sourcing, logistics, custody & storage, Inventory planning and control and delivery of the RM, semi-finished and FG techniques and MRO spares Management.
Ashok Kumar Parthasarathy, is a Post Graduate in Materials management besides completion of Chartered Accountancy (Inter) from Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants, India


Balachandar Padmanabhan

Balachandar (Bala) is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers with additional qualifications in Law, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, besides also completing the ACS (Intermediate) examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has 30+ years rich experience and has been part of renowned companies like Indian Oil Corporation, Reliance Petroleum, Wipro Technologies and HCL Technologies in India and abroad.
A significant part of his domain expertise has been in the Finance and Commercial functions apart from playing leadership roles such as Global Operations Head, Global Head of Project Delivery, Global Pre-sales / Solutions Management and Regional SAP Practice Management. He has been successful in incubating new business units, creating new growth areas and implemented integrated information systems for client organisations in varied industries.
Bala is very passionate towards teaching and has been associated with various institutions to share his diverse experience/exposure. His focus is to help the next generation to acquire knowledge and hone skills in the areas of Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Laws, Industrial/Labour Laws and Enterprise Systems/Information Management.
